I purchased this treadmill largely because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews displayed on this website. Like many consumers, I also took comfort in seeing the Trustpilot integration and believed I was getting an accurate picture of other customers' experiences.
Since making my purchase, I have personally watched the majority of negative reviews disappear from this website, including reviews from other customers. I am attaching a screenshot of one such review that is no longer visible.
To be fair, the KS Fit app issue that originally affected many customers has now been resolved. However, my concern extends beyond the product itself. Customer reviews are supposed to help buyers make informed decisions. Had I seen a more balanced representation of customer experiences, I may have made a different purchasing decision or at least approached the purchase with different expectations.
Based on what I have personally observed, I do not believe the reviews currently displayed on this website provide a complete picture of customer experiences. I encourage prospective buyers to research reviews on multiple independent platforms before making a purchase.
