This review is being reposted because the company has repeatedly removed my previous reviews from this website.
I am also attaching a screenshot of another customer's negative review that was removed. Over time, I have personally observed the majority of negative reviews disappear from this website, while positive reviews remain. Based on what I have witnessed, I do not believe the reviews displayed here accurately reflect the full range of customer experiences.
To be fair, the KS Fit app is now available in Canada and the issue that originally affected many customers has finally been resolved. However, the app was unavailable for a significant period after purchase, leaving customers without access to functionality that was advertised with these treadmills.
My primary concern is transparency. Customer reviews are intended to help buyers make informed decisions. When negative feedback is routinely removed, potential customers are unable to see an accurate picture of the product and the company's level of customer service.
I encourage anyone considering a purchase to research reviews on multiple platforms and make their decision based on information from a variety of independent sources.
