C'est ce dont j'avais besoin, un tapis qui ne prend pas de place, facile à ranger et permet de faire de la course. Le tapis est un peu ferme mais avec des chaussure de course ça va. Avec l'application il y a des programmes gratuit de course automatisé. Il est aussi possible de faire des programmes personnalisé.

I'm fairly satisfied so far with the product. It makes some alarming noises when I fold or unfold it. It's like the tread gets stuck to something and has to be peeled off. Given that it's meant to be moved around, it's quite heavy. There are wheels, but that doesn't help you much with stairs. And my final critique is that, again considering it's meant to be folded and unfolded, that process is fiddly-er than it should be. I'm always twisting knobs and shimmying things. Without too much engineering, those processes can be simplified. Now, after all that, it does the job. The interface is a bit weird, but you can make it go faster and slower. It gets loud at higher speeds but most do. Use your phone though. The little remote only goes in big increments up and down, so it's not great for finer control. Does it fold up? Yes. Does it handle walking and running? Yes, but not really slow enough for walking while working (the minimum speed is 1mph). Is it wide enough and sturdy enough for large bodies? Wide enough, yes. Durable enough, we'll see.

I have used it daily to get my steps in and it has kept me on track. Big snow storm and -15 yesterday didn't stop me. I hopped on and got in 1 hour. Easily making my 10,000+ steps/day! Thank you!!
