come off the tread it will automatically come to a stop.

1. Follow all instructions in the User Manual.

2. Choose a suitable hard flat surface free away from any objects. Keep the area around thetreadmill clear.

3. Keep all food and liquids away from the WalkingPad. Use a clean damp cloth to clean your machine often. Wipe the down the entire machine.

4. Lubricate the treadmill deck with approved treadmill lubricant between the belt and the deck. A small amount is sufficient.

5. Avoid jumping on your walking pad or dropping any heavy objects like dumbbells on the machine. To this point only use dumbbells several feet away from your treadmill to avoid breakage.
