The app issue that originally led me to leave a review has finally been fixed, and I am pleased that Canadian customers can now access the app as advertised.
Unfortunately, my concern has shifted to the company's handling of customer reviews. When I left a review describing my experience with the app not being available in Canada, the review was removed. I later posted another review raising concerns about the removal of customer feedback, and that review was also removed.
I have also noticed other negative reviews posted by customers disappear from the website. While I cannot speak to the circumstances of every review, the pattern is concerning and raises questions about whether customers are being shown a complete and accurate picture of buyer experiences.
Reviews are supposed to help potential buyers make informed decisions. If honest negative feedback is being removed, the reviews displayed may not accurately reflect customer satisfaction with the product or the company.
To help provide additional context, I have attached a screenshot of another customer's negative review that was later removed from the website. I am sharing it so prospective buyers can see feedback that is no longer being displayed and make a more informed decision for themselves.
I am posting this review again so that potential customers are aware of my experience. The app issue has been resolved, but my concerns regarding transparency remain. Customers should have access to both positive and negative feedback before making a purchase. If this review is removed as well, it will only reinforce the concerns I have raised.
