Our objective is to offer you the most excellent transportation alternatives regardless of your place of residence. On a daily basis, we render services to hundreds of consumers across the globe, and we strive to provide you with the optimum service possible.

Order Processing Time

• Processing time refers to the duration between the placement of your order and the dispatch of your order by us.
• The majority of orders are processed within 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend might take longer.
• Our warehouse is in operation from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. During holidays, we make every effort to minimize delays.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time ( depending on your location)

Shipping Location

• We only ship to the Canada.
• P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.
  
• A small number of Canadian orders may be identified as remote addresses that are not eligible for delivery. In such cases, we will contact you to request a new shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tracking

• You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (which will become active within 24 hours). Please note that this process might take longer during events or holidays.
• It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
• If you encounter difficulties in tracking your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
