I've owned it for a week and have walked half an hour a day. Perfect for my intended use.
It would not open when it arrived, but Reddit told me to use the Allen Key to loosen the tread. Once done it lay flat. I did not get the lubricant with the product but was able to buy some on Amazon.
But for these two minor issues, it has been great and I highly recommend this is you need to walk for your daily health or to get ready for next seasons golf.

I can walk and run, foldable, stable, not too heavy, enough large and long. With KS FIT app you can create your own program, which control the treadmill speed automatically....WOW. I will used it in the next weeks hoping the motor will be OK, but for now...very satisfy. And good communication with seller/manufacturer.

Fits under my standing desk and is quiet enough that people don't hear it while on calls.

Have zero regrets. Since we received, my husband & I have been on daily! Fantastic way to get in your steps. Runs smoothly and quietly. It’s actually as I expected.

Great looking walking pad, well designed functionally, really quiet in use and compact when folded up

This walking pad offers great functionality without taking up too much space. I’m able to hop on the treadmill for quick walking breaks and can move it wherever I want quickly and easily. There are a range of pre-programmed workouts to choose from or I can set my own speed, time, etc. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

works well, compact yet sturdy

As a heavier person I really wanted to do my homework before buying this. I looked at various others and finally decided this was the one. It’s hard to find something that folds up like this, supports up to 300 pounds and can go 16 kph… well I found it and it’s the MX16. The motor is very powerful and surprisingly quiet. Let’s be clear I’m not running anywhere near 16kph on this, but it’s good to know it can handle more than just a walk or fast jog and that tells me this will last a long time, it seems very well built. Customer service was always fast to respond and really helpful during the ordering and shipping process. All in all this was a great purchase. Shipping to Canada was fast once the item was in stock.

I’m vey happy with this mat. It’s exactly as I thought it would be, and works well on my rug in the bedroom. Also, I was so pleased with the excellent customer service I received, when I had a problem with the bonus offer.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company, and its products.

The treadmill is great but the app can be confusing at times.

I got the walking pad a few days ago so I haven’t really run it through its paces yet but I am impressed so far with the quality and ease of use. I highly recommend this model.

I love the concept of going for walks; getting those steps in for my health BUT I hate going for walks unless I’m on the beach or in a forest. That doesn’t happen often so this was the perfect solution! It’s compact (I’m in an apartment), cute (I got the white one) and super convenient. I just walk while watching stuff online or I listen to music. Now I get my steps in effortlessly in the comfort of my home. It was delivered quickly too! I highly recommend. Remember, motion is lotion so get moving on your walking pad!
