The whole process of purchasing the P1 compact treadmill, from start to the actual delivery, was effortless! I'm delighted with my purchase and use the walking pad sometimes twice a day ... rain or shine I walk my way to better mental and physical health. It's a purchase I don't regret!!

BUYER BEWARE

I am posting this review again because my previous negative reviews were removed from the company’s website.

When I purchased this walking pad, the advertised app was not available in Canada. That issue has since been resolved, but the fact remains that customers who raised concerns about it had their reviews removed rather than openly addressed.

My concern is not just with the product. It is with the company’s lack of transparency. A review section is only useful if customers can see both positive and negative experiences. If critical reviews are routinely removed, potential buyers are not getting an accurate picture of customer satisfaction.

Companies make mistakes. Products have issues. Most customers understand that. What is difficult to overlook is the apparent removal of legitimate negative feedback instead of allowing prospective buyers to make informed decisions for themselves

Works right out of the box, easy to use and install, it is intuitive, minimum maintenance. I walk 12 km/ 7,2 miles per day.

Perfect walking pad for my office

This working pad works fantastically with my desk. I've been able to exceed my step goals each day and feel like it keeps my energy up compared to when I was just sitting in a comfy chair for the whole workday. I do think that it takes up a bit too much space under my desk so I'm thinking I should have maybe gone with one that can stand up vertically, but it still works for now.
